Hot air balloon flight tickets and booking checks
Before booking, ask what happens between the meeting point and the launch field, and how you return after landing. The route follows the wind, so a flight advertised for Vilnius cannot promise a particular street or landmark beneath the basket. Compare the cancellation terms as carefully as the flight description, especially if you have limited time before leaving the city.

Shared basket booking
If offered, check the group size, meeting arrangements and what transport is included. Ask whether the operator confirms the launch location only after reviewing the weather.
Private basket booking
If offered, confirm that the basket is reserved for your group and ask about passenger limits. Private arrangements still depend on suitable weather and the pilot's decision.

Will the balloon fly directly over the Old Town?
That cannot be guaranteed. The wind determines the direction, and the pilot chooses a suitable launch site according to conditions and operating requirements.
What should I check in the cancellation terms?
Check whether a weather cancellation leads to a refund or a replacement slot, and what happens if you cannot attend the alternative offered.
Is transport back from the landing field included?
Ask the operator before booking. The landing point differs from the launch point, so you need a clear arrangement for returning after the flight.
Can I book if I have limited mobility?
Contact the operator directly with your requirements. Ask about climbing into the basket, standing during the flight and the possible landing conditions.
