Terms of use
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms cover your use of theeuroconcierge.com and theeurotable.com, which are run by TheEuroConcierge.com, LLC. By using the sites, you agree to them.
What we do, and what we don't
We help you plan a trip in Europe: where to stay, what to do and where to eat. We don’t sell travel. When you book something we link to, you book it with the partner, such as a booking site, a tour operator or a restaurant. Your contract is with them, under their terms, prices and cancellation rules. We aren’t a party to it, and we can’t change, cancel or refund it.
Prices and details
Prices come from partners and change often. Where we show a live price, it’s never more than an hour old, and the price at the partner’s checkout is the one that counts. Opening days, booking rules and other details were right when we checked them, and we show when that was. They can change without notice, so confirm anything that matters with the place before you go.
Our picks
Our recommendations and opinions are just that. Use your own judgment, and check anything that matters to you, such as access, allergies or opening times, with the place directly.
AI features
When the Concierge’s trip builder and chat are running, their answers come from an AI and can be wrong or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Other sites
We link to sites we don’t run. We’re not responsible for their content, their prices or how they treat you, and a link isn’t a guarantee.
Our content
The words, design and logos on the sites belong to us. The photos belong to their authors and are used under the licences listed in our photo credits. Please don’t copy our pages wholesale; quoting a line with a link back is fine.
Using the sites fairly
Don’t try to break into the sites, disrupt them, or scrape them in a way that slows them down for everyone else, and don’t use them for anything unlawful.
No guarantees, and limits on liability
We provide the sites as they are. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using them or relying on them, including anything to do with a booking you make with a partner. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited, including consumer rights where you live.
Changes and the law that applies
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. Nothing in them takes away the consumer protections of the country where you live.
